225 is steep for a night. Key code worked after a brief delay. Very clean and all appliances worked.

The unit was clean and well maintained. My only issue was with the listing showing there were multiple beds in the rooms. To be fair I did not spend much time checking the pictures and reading the room descriptions. Just saw that the rooms showed multiple beds so I booked the place. After arriving, and finding only 1 bed in each room I went back to the listing, and it still showed that multiple beds were in the rooms in the room breakdown. After looking at the profile more closely I realized both the pictures and written descriptions said there were only 1 bed in each of the rooms. When I brought this up to the host they were pretty rude about the situation and couldn't understand how their listing could be misleading. All I really wanted was a little validation that they made a mistake, and that was beyond their comprehension. I've included a screen shoot of the room listings showing multiple beds. Hopefully they can update this to avoid any future confusion.

Enjoyed the stay with friends while we were in town for our high school reunion. Especially enjoyed using the back yard that has a privacy fence and several Adirondack chairs.

Overall, it was a nice house, easy walk to the William-Bryce stadium. It may need a bit of some updating. But we used it for sleeping and showering.

Great location
The apartment is small, but well equipped and located close to USC and restaurants and grocery. Pictures are accurate of furnishings and appliances. Host was helpful and prompt upon inquiry.

Great stay
Great location, the owner promptly replied to my request, the space was clean and the instructions that were given in the email were clear and concise. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Columbia.
