The hotel was located in a prime spot. The room was really clean. I would only recommend getting smart TV. Outside of that, I liked that they offered EV charging as well.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Just a few observations. The shower could use a deep clean to remove soap scum/mold build-up. Disappointed to find out the pool is no longer available! The front desk clerk informed us that it was removed last year.

I'm a diamond member who stays in 100+ hotels a year across the country. I booked this hotel using points to meet some friends for the weekend. Three adult men, used the king bed, a pullout couch and I had a cot brought in. The pull out and cot were perfect. The front desk staff member Nasharae went above and beyond to help me stay for the stay. While there, Brian was extremely helpful too. Hotel is clean, room was great. My only negative comment is the shower water pressure and water temperature were horrible. Overall a 4 out of 5

We checked in at 8:00 PM on May 25 2025 for an overnight stay. The desk clerk stated that there were no cribs available. The situation was not an inconvenience but a failure to live up to ones expectations. It also represented a potential safety issue. Babies belong in cribs, not beds. There is the danger of failing off of the bed or being smothered by the adults, who had to stay up all night to make sure they are safe. The reservation was made on May 13 directly to this location on the phone. The adults (two senior citizens), a single mother and two babies. A 23 month old toddler and a 4 month old infant, both who have only ever slept in a crib. Nothing was said by the reservation agent about cribs being first come, first served at the time of booking. My daughter called the Hilton call center the morning of the check in (May 25) and again nothing was mentioned about cribs being first come, first served. This was known by employees by the time the room was prepared, which was 3 or 4 pm at the latest. I asked the desk clerk why know one called me to inform me about the lack of cribs. THIS PERSON CLAIMED THEY TRIED TO CALL OR TEXT ME. A LIE SINCE I CHECKED MY PHONE AND NO CALL WAS RECEIVED. If we were notified at 3 or 4 pm, we could have made alternative arrangements. Management would rather create a dangerous situation, than lose a customer for one night. The reservation states three adults and one child (should have been 2 children). Where are the sleeping accommodations for the children? This hotel did not provide them. Why don't they secure additional cribs or pack N play? Are infants and toddlers not guests of Hilton Hotels? I have contacted the corporate office since dealing with this hotel and the franchise owner is a waste of time. The General Manager refused to give a credit for this miserable stay. He sent me a form letter excuse about the episode. The episode is a stain on the reputation of Hilton hotels. It is quite obvious that he does not care, but families with babies probably do. They need to know that families with babies are not really welcome and what happens to them or their parents is of no concern to management of this location. The dollar is all they care about. I have stated the facts in this review and perhaps they will lose a few dollars because of their callous attitude.

I am going to be checking out a different loyalty program for other hotels after staying here. Since I worked for Hilton Worldwide, I became a loyal member to staying at their hotels even after I left the company. My past two experiences, especially this one, have made me reconsider other options. This hotel costs on average 160 a night (weekend, weekday, and holiday rates considered). I used 13k points to take off about 35 USD from the BAR (best available rate) price on a Saturday night stay. The total charged to my card after we checked out did not reflect the final receipt. I called to find out why there was a discrepancy, and a reservation sales specialist for Hilton Worldwide proceeded to call the hotel in an attempt to find out why the charge after I checked out did not reflect my final receipt. He came back with the conclusion of “the hotel says you were charged $25 for a digital check in”. I said “If that even were the case, my digital check in did not work and I had to go downstairs and explain 3 times to the front desk that I could not get into my room because I needed the physical key”. I didn’t mention this: but for the review, while asking for my keys, the front desk coordinator kept asking for and confirming my room number out loud more than once after I asked politely for her to respect safety protocol and not do so. In the meantime, my spouse waited in the hallway with our luggage, with a broken A/C. Thermometer was reading 79 but was set to 70 and just standing there made you sweat. She waited so long that the maid felt bad and let her in (even though she did not ask) before I could go back up. I am thankful the maid had initiative. After explaining this to the representative and asking to speak to management, he said “let me transfer you to the hotel”. Again, I worked for Hilton. One: there is never a charge for digital check in. Two: if I am connected with a reservation specialist and have a discrepancy that cannot be resolved and ask for a manager, they are supposed to transfer me to a special line with “supervisors” that have optimal training. I unfortunately gave the benefit of the doubt and tried his way. The front desk of the hotel informed me there was no manager available to speak with me to clarify the charges. I asked to be transferred to the Honors4 number. After several minutes of her confusion, I gave up and googled the Honors4 phone number and called. Using my previous knowledge as a representative, I simply said “please transfer me to your supervisor”, hoping this employee was properly trained. She was. I got through to someone who was able to have a conversation with the hotel and explain to the person on the clock that there is no such thing as a digital check in charge. After several minutes, the supervisor came back and said the employee was confused and the $25 was an incidental charge that was a deposit which would fall off.
