It’s not bad but they do need to improvements as I saw bugs a few times in the room during my stay there for a week.

The hotel was located in a prime spot. The room was really clean. I would only recommend getting smart TV. Outside of that, I liked that they offered EV charging as well.

UNSAFE and the staff do not care about your safety.
Luggage cart literally falling apart and the staff are kind but shady!

This hotel was clean and seems to be recently updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. They seemed truly interested in making sure that I was comfortable and pleased with my stay. Fresh coffee and breakfast. Nice stay!

We stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn - Columbia. It was a very good stay. The beds weren’t rock hard, they were perfect, the room was very clean, and the Continental Breakfast was very satisfying. The was a great bargain. If you need a place to stay in Columbia, I recommend the Hampton Inn.

Great hotel, clean & decently spacious room, friendly / helpful staff. Good value too. Pretty much like all the Hamptons we’ve stayed at, which is nice. Very comfortable bed, good AC. Nice sized bathroom with good counter space. The gym was well equipped - I like that all Hilton properties have a Peloton bike. Standard breakfast with all the hot and cold items you’d expect at a Hampton. Nit picks - TV doesn’t have any streaming options. Nor can you cast to it. The shower water temp was funky. Either hot or cold but not in between. I’d like a few more towel hooks or bars in the bathroom. In the gym there were no towels and the Peloton wasn’t connected to the WiFi. Well stay here again next time we’re in Columbia.
