Ce fut pour nous 2 un emerveillement de tous les instants pendant ces 2 jours passés chez vous ; la décoration très riche mais très classe, le village havre de paix l'accueil très respectueux et chaleureux, le niveau gastronomique de votre chef cuisinier 2 toques au Gault & Millau et de toute la brigade et serveurs, les massages d'un très grand professionnalisme source de chaleur de detente et de bien -être ; en somme nous ne pensons qu'à une chose REVENIR DANS VOTRE ETABLISSEMENT PARADISIAQUE DES QUE POSSIBLE

Notre expérience n’a pas été folichonne. Un des bassin était froid. Le repas était correct mais sans plus. Par contre les boissons étaient hors de prix. Une bière IPA de 25cl : 8,00 €. Une bouteille d’eau pétillante d’un litre : 8,00€. Un coca de 33cl: 7,00€. Des tarifs abusifs ! Dommage, car au final le souvenir qui nous reste de notre expérience au moment de quitter l’établissement c’est l’addition.

Séjour remarquable à tous les niveaux, hébergement, spa, restaurants (les deux sont vraiment très bien), bar, service, personnel attentionné.... A renouveler rapidement cette parenthèse de bien être dans cet établissement de grande qualité!

Très belle expérience. Spa bien équipé, relaxant et propre. Diner et vin parfaits : des plats en bonne quantité et de très bonne qualité. Un personnel au petits soins pour les clients. Le prix reste cohérent avec les prestations mais il ne faudrait pas aller au delà.

Mon ami Tripavisor nous a conseillé de nous détendre et donc notre choix s’est porté sur cet établissement avec la formule à 90€ par personne ( offre promotionnelle acquise au salon du tourisme à Colmar ). Cela comprend un accès au Spa de 11h00 à 16h00 avec déjeuner compris ( buffets, hors boissons ) et de 15h00 à 17h00 un espace « goûter « compris aussi dans le prix ( hors boissons). Ayant une certaine expérience dans le domaine des Spas et pour avoir testé en autre : Yonaguni ( Hôtel le Parc à Obernai ) Caracalla ( Baden-Baden en Allemagne ) 6717 ( Ottrott ) Chez Julien ( Fouday ) Badeparadies ( Titisee en Allemagne ) Les Haras ( Strasbourg ) Là Haut & Spa ( Ventron - Fermé ) 5 Terres ( Barr ) Le Châpitre ( Remiremont ) Fleur de Loire ( Blois ) L' Esquisse ( Colmar ) Le Moulin de la Wantzenau ( Wantzenau ) Vita Classica ( Bad Krozingen ) Piscine L’O ( Obernai ) ****** Barrière ( Ribeauvillé ) LHOTEL ( Ribeauvillé ) Concernant la Chenaudiére , il en ressort ceci : Nous avons eu l’impression que ce Spa a été intégré aux forceps dans des bâtiments déjà existants ce qui entraîne : un nombre important de portes à ouvrir, d’escaliers à emprunter et de marches à monter. Les différentes infrastructures / équipements sont sous dimensionnées pour le nombre de clients , ce qui entraîne très rapidement, dans les différents saunas ,hammams , piscines et bains à remous, un manque de places. Le plus c’est la vue extérieure. Le déjeuner et le goûter sont corrects. Le personnel est très professionnel. En conclusion, ce Spa n’est certainement pas le meilleur dans la région.

Un Très bel endroit Un calme agréable du fait du peu de personnes Belle vue sur la montagne Repas très bon Spa correct Malgré tout un peu excessif sur les prix on ne profite pas assez sur les horaires classiques Et le rajout pour une journée pleine est d’un prix élevé !

Un établissement incroyable. Tout y est parfait: la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, le spa , l’accueil …. Le luxe pour une parenthèse en couple. Cela fait 3x que nous y allons en 25 ans. Toujours surpris par les nouveautés la chenaudiere se renouvelle pour le plaisir de ses clients
