The cozy living room has everything for a relaxing stay; A comfy pullout queen couch, 65" smart TV, work desk, and high-speed internet. The full kitchen comes with everything you could need! Full stove and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, pots, pans, extendable table, and the rest of the normal things. The location is very near downtown, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. While centrally located, if you can't walk to it, most things are only a short drive away. Student visits and Collegiate sports are easy with only blocks from Colorado College and a 10 minute drive to the Air Force Academy. Thus us a great home base to see all the tourist attractions like Garden of the Gods, The Cog Railway, or beautiful Pikes Peak.
