Overall, 2 stars. Pretty bad. Mirror was missing of the wall. My wife could not do her makeup. Duvet cover was dirty/nasty with crusty food or something on it. Black ***** hair was waiting to say hi when we first looked on top of the bed cover. Bath drain busted. Sheet cover was ripped and would not stay on the nasty bed. Pool was closed almost the whole time so kids could not swim. This was economically the cheapest option. You get what you pay for. Just beware and embrace the nasty!

I called ahead asking if both the pool and hot tub was working. When i got there a few days later, the pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t there. I asked the front desk where it was and they said they don’t have a hot tub. Other people were disappointed and had expectations or a hot tub. A metal piece underneath one of the beds became loose so I just put it to the side to avoid one of us tripping over it. I had no hot water in my shower the next morning. Would not stay here again unless I was very desperate or it was July and I didn’t need a heated pool.

Smoke alarm missing. Desk lamp missing. Room had a strong smell for a number of hours. Not sure what the smell was. Been to this place 4 times and the breakfast guy never clans the taables or counters between guests or replenished supplies. I had an actual puddle on the rug which I inadvertantly stepped in with my bare feet while taking off my shoes. The next day I notice that someone had been in my room in spite of the privacy tag on the door. The front desk said they sent someone in to wet vac the rug which I was told was from the A/C unit (which was not dripping that I could see). Nothing of mine was dissturbed but the shade was up and a floor lamp was on, so I knew someone had been in there which is kinda creepy if you don't know they are coming in.

People were smoking in the room next to or above us so the smoke was coming into my bathroom but it was ok

I was not happy with the room . The room was very dirty the floors . There was trash underneath the beds . Also the was wed on the sealing

We liked the easy access to the hotel and the parking. The staff in the morning was very nice. The room was outdated, with cigarette's burns on the furniture and a stench. The beds were clean but the bedding smelled like mold. The bathroom's floor was dirty and the shower head was broken.
