Environnement agréable. Cependant, cuisine détestable, fraîcheur des aliments douteuses, hygiène déplorable (literies sales, état des cuisines et équipements dégueulasses). Primo accueil bienveillant qui devient rapidement désobligeant (remarques déplacées à l'égard des enfants). Dommage, l'établissement a un fort potentiel, reste à espérer pour 2022 qu'ils ne subissent pas un contrôle sanitaire.

in terms of bedding, old but clean, it is a youth hostel, very reasonable price, the person at the reception attentive, always available and looking for solutions. We were a group of 20 people. In the evening we had dinner, simple but plentiful cuisine.

The restaurant staff was really nice, we were served very well. The salad was very good although the falafels didn't really look like falafels and were a bit greasy. The dessert was very good. We will definitely come back.

Nancy, the owner, provided top-shelf hospitality both through her facility and personally through her customer service! As a hostel, she really goes above and beyond, and Friendly Auberge would be a bargain at twice the price! Don't even get me started about how much I loved her fixed-price pilgrim menu in the restaurant! For me personally, her being an ex-pat American was hugely valuable as I cannot speak French.
