I could hear a constant banging noise coming from the room above, and I couldn't sleep. I called, and they said it was coming from outside, but it sounded like it was coming from the room next door or upstairs. It definitely wasn't coming from outside. The internet was problematic, and they kept giving me new passwords. They never helped me or treated me politely. I don't like

+ Very spacious room, comfortable beds, very tasty cosmetics in dispensers. There is a tea station, iron. We arrived late in the evening, ordered food to the room, it was tasty and inexpensive. Not a bad breakfast. Convenient location in relation to the embankment and the One Galle Face shopping center.
- the general impression of dilapidation, dusty carpet and kitchen smell in the hallway, shabby doors in the bathroom. And most importantly - 4 cockroaches in the room, in a hotel of this class! This would have spoiled the impression more, but we stayed only one night

The location of the property very good but the view with closed windows and untidy glasses was sad ,also had booked for 3 people with a 17 year old kid mentioned during booking where the hotel surprisingly asked for additional 2000/- for his bed .very unprofessional way …would not recommend to anyone.

The service of all the staff was really good, and they all communicated well in English.
Every staff member I met always greeted me with a bright smile and said good morning, and they brought my luggage to my room, and they also prepared a welcome drink.
There was a mistake where the room was assigned incorrectly, but when I asked, they took care of it smoothly and kindly,
and even when I made various requests such as not wanting to clean, only needing water, and needing slippers, they always took satisfactory measures.
When I ate breakfast for two consecutive days, the menu changed a little bit, so I think I ate it less boring!
The swimming pool was also quite large and the depth was 1.85m, so it was good for swimming.
If I go to Sri Lanka again, I would visit again!

Restaurent with limited selections though food are above average. Hotel needs some improvement for bed sheet, bath tower. Service staff is friendly and efficient. Expensive hotel arranged taxi to airport Rs9000/ trip.
