+ Very spacious room, comfortable beds, very tasty cosmetics in dispensers. There is a tea station, iron. We arrived late in the evening, ordered food to the room, it was tasty and inexpensive. Not a bad breakfast. Convenient location in relation to the embankment and the One Galle Face shopping center. - the general impression of dilapidation, dusty carpet and kitchen smell in the hallway, shabby doors in the bathroom. And most importantly - 4 cockroaches in the room, in a hotel of this class! This would have spoiled the impression more, but we stayed only one night

The service of all the staff was really good, and they all communicated well in English. Every staff member I met always greeted me with a bright smile and said good morning, and they brought my luggage to my room, and they also prepared a welcome drink. There was a mistake where the room was assigned incorrectly, but when I asked, they took care of it smoothly and kindly, and even when I made various requests such as not wanting to clean, only needing water, and needing slippers, they always took satisfactory measures. When I ate breakfast for two consecutive days, the menu changed a little bit, so I think I ate it less boring! The swimming pool was also quite large and the depth was 1.85m, so it was good for swimming. If I go to Sri Lanka again, I would visit again!
