I had a wonderful stay at Fern Colombo. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, always ensuring that guests felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Amazing room, very helpful and attentive staff. Staff could a smile a little more but everything was how I wanted it and they were extremely helpful. Rooms were in amazing condition and it was clean and the restaurant “Grillo’s downstairs was fantastic

Чисто и аккуратно, есть нормальный душ с перегородкой, в номере достаточно места.
В кафе на первом этаже можно заказать еду.
Персонал мгновенно откликался на просьбы. Поздно вечером что-то произошло с трубкой слива кондиционера в номере этажом выше, капли начали монотонно стучать по крыше над нашим окном. Ребята на ресепшен быстро сориентировались и устранили проблему (даже несмотря на позднее время).
Район спокойный - ходили ночью после прилета до магазина, чувствовали себя комфортно. До ночного магазина идти минут 15, еще в 5 минутах Cargills. Также неподалеку парк.
До ж/д вокала на тук-туке 15 минут.
Из минусов отеля - интернет (низкая скорость и нестабильный сигнал).
