This hotel was falsely advertised. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the state of the property. The place is rundown, dirty, and felt very unsafe. Staff was unwilling to refund my prepaid reservation saying I had to cancel 24 hours in advance. The front desk clerk said she didn't have the authority to override the policy and her manager was on vacation, no assistant manager would be available until Monday. I drove 3 hours for an event and relied on the advertised pictures to make my reservation. If I had known ahead of time what I would be walking into I never would have made the reservation in the first place. I will be reporting this to the BBB, the City of Bryan, my credit card company, and reviewing on every page I can find so no person is taken advantage of by this place.

Hôtel propre et très bien entretenu avec couchages très confortables. Le linge de toilette est changé chaque jour. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est varié, le café est bon. Hotel très bien placé pour visiter Houston et Austin.

The worst part: it was raining and I couldn’t leave my room because everywhere around was flooded.
There was no salty options for breakfast and very poor options for breakfast.

Stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful would stay here again. Room was comfortable and suitable for my daughter and myself. Stay was for her basketball tournament.
