"I am so glad I chose to stay at Billie's while I was in Fairbanks. Billie is the most gracious host. She made sure my stay was perfect, from the endless coffee, to the treats she brought over, to an array of food for breakfast. I felt like I was staying with my grandmother. I wanted for nothing. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean. There was even a way to get my laundry done. It was in a central location to town, the university, and public transportation. And, I could not beat the price! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Fairbanks."

"The resort is very nice outside. Inside it is a little bit outdated especially with the terribly loud exhaust fan. At night it sounds like an earthquake. Breakfast is the same every morning (we stayed 4 nights there). Hotel staff is very nice. You can also walk outside near the icey lake. Beautiful views."

"it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter."

"I stayed here for three nights as a solo traveller, and it was a very comfortable stay. The manager was very friendly and I was able to relax very comfortably. Although it's a little far from the city, I highly recommend it for those who want to keep costs down and who want to meet this lovely lady."
