Mal servicio para registrarme, parecen robots malhumoradas, y diciendo a todo NO SE PUEDE Y para el check out, igual, otra vez te tratan de mal humor; aparte que antes de dejarte ir, revisan tu habitación, a fin de ver que no te hayas robado nada 😠…….es indignante, como si fuera un motel de paso, de cuarta Así mismo, falta de criterio en el restaurante, me di cuenta al terminar de desayunar, que se me había olvidado el ticket del desayuno incluido, de uno de los días, y no me dejaron ir por el papelito, y llevarlo . Tenía que acompañarme el mesero a mi habitación, o quedarse mi hermana hasta que yo regresara con el papelito 😤☹️ Me pareció absurdo, ofensivo, y humillante En general las empleadas de limpieza, y mantenimiento atienden bien por último, también uno de los meseros atiende excelente, su nombre es NÉSTOR

This hotel is the worst in town. My 9 year old niece got poked with a used need that was hidden on the guest couch! Like how can this happen ??!! The hotel worker did not want to take care of the situation in any way! We rushed my niece to the ER and she was given treatment and has to go and check for any Diseases within 3 months. We came out here for vacation and my sister had to deal with all that instead! To make it even worse this hotel did not want to reimburse my sister for all of the tests and medication my she had to come out of pocket for. The hotel workers didn't even seemed bothered, worried or anything that this happened to a child! Please do not stay at this hotel, staff is horrible and not clean! Used needles being left there are a great danger for everyone.
