The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with extra sleeping room availability with an oversized sectional couch. The chef's kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could need to cook for a crowd. The refrigerator and freezer are both oversized commercial grade and go ahead and take note of the wine cooler set up by the mimosa and coffee bar for extra storage. The oversized pantry is especially handy for longer stays or larger groups. The built in ice maker is a bonus to end your day with a nice beverage. You will have access to all kitchen appliances to include crock pots, air fryers, Keurig, hand mixer, bread maker, waffle iron, roasting pans, etc. The house boasts so much charm to relax and rejuvenate, but the views are incredible!

NO TV SERVICES AT ALL.
Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom.
Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.
Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.
A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions;
and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.
The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches.
If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.
The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink.
It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals.
I cook and wash with it but I drink bottled water only when I'm there.

This is a GREAT family vacation home! Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds and the master has a king with a in suite bathroom and TV. The open floor plan includes a gorgeous dining table that seats 8. Dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen which has a large counter bar area and seats 4 more. The living area is large and includes a fireplace and 60" TV. This open space is also accompanied by large windows to see the passing deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds, and elk. Downstairs has another large living area with fireplace, TV, & ping pong table. It has 2 extra large bedrooms. The first bedroom has outstanding bunk beds with queen mattresses on top and bottom. Kids love this room! The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. Downstairs also features a laundry room with washer and dryer and a bathroom. Sliding doors open to the beautiful wooded area behind the house. The house also features a great wrap around porch with chairs and a grill. We also have free wifi, TV service, many board games, cards, and puzzles as well. Grill hamburgers, hotdogs, steak or make s’mores on the Fire Pit! On the large, covered back deck, you’ll find a large table, chairs & a propane grill for those bad weather days. This cabin offers central heat, wood burning stove, tankless hot water heater (endless HOT water), front loading washer and dryer (bring detergent), WIFI, Smart TVs and DVD players in every room & a fully stocked kitchen! There’s plenty of seating around the bar & dining table for the whole family. I have provided a portable crib, high chair, infant tub, tub toys & children’s books for infant & toddlers. Big Bear Camp Ground is located in the upstairs loft. Underage campers will find puzzles, games, toys, activity books, children’s books, movies & a game console for endless hours of entertainment. Outside in the summer, they can play horse shoes or play on the playground located at the front entrance of the Country Club. In the winter, there’s several snow sleds at the house. Relaxing in the hot tub is the perfect place for stargazing after a day of hiking, golfing, mountain biking, frisbee golf, horseback riding, fishing, snowboarding, or skiing.

I have a RAV4 (2WD) that I drive in and out without too much issue for most of the year. There are 2 steps leading from the parking lot to the front door of the condo. There are NO neighbors upstairs. There is a condo unit directly downstairs so please be respectful of noise after hours.
