The location is convenient with easy access to attractions. The staff provides amazing service and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Some guests appreciate the laundry facilities and resupply box.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was divided into two sleeping areas. There is a large open closet to hang damp snow gear and a portable fan to help dry it. Its not the cleanest place. The blinds are dusty, the baseboards need to be scrubbed It's very old and shows its age. There was no daily cleaning. We tracked in mud from the parking lot and there wasn't a broom or dustpan to sweep it up. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep while sledding, skiing or snowboarding in the area, its ok. There are restaurants and service stations with in a two minute walk. If you're not expecting or need much, its ok. It worked for our 3 night stay.

This place is a nightmare! The rooms are beyond filthy; sinks, toilets, and bathtubs are encrusted with grime. Baseboards are layered with decades of dirt, doors are smeared with who-knows-what, and the shower curtains look like they've never seen soap. Forget about housekeeping; you're on your own, cleaning and changing sheets after grueling 12-hour shifts. Laundry? You'll need to beg for a key, only to be hit with an extortionate $10 charge, in a room that smells like a public restroom. The machines are not just old; they're a hazard - the dryer requires you to risk electrocution just to start it. The manager, or rather the tyrant running this hellhole, keeps the dumpster chained shut, forcing everyone to use an overflowing garbage can that's never emptied, creating a health hazard. Communication? Insulting texts that treat grown customers like toddlers, belittling and complaining about one guest to another with no regard for privacy or professionalism. Checking in is an ordeal; you'll call the manager, who's never there, only to be told where she's hidden the key like it's some kind of scavenger hunt. he doesn't bother to greet you; you're just another inconvenience to him. Every defect, every issue, every health code violation - she knows them all but does absolutely nothing, reveling in the chaos and decay she oversees. This isn't just bad management; it's deliberate neglect, creating an environment where you feel less like a guest and more like you've stumbled into a horror movie set.
