Stayed from August 21-24. Checked into room and floor was full of crumbs underneath the ottoman. Not once in the 3 nights that we stayed there was our room cleaned, bed made, sheets even changed or garbage's emptied. Room doors closing are extremely loud. You could also see the Security guard with her feet up on the desk where patrons could watch her (not professional). Only good thing was the front desk staff.

Last stay in Cold Lake before moving.
Our stay was good. Staff are great. Very polite and helpful. Only downside was the pillows are too soft for me. I think there should be at least one firm pillow.

Well don’t know where to start, breakfast was advertised as starting at 5 am, first day the cook was late. Six days later they decided to move breakfast to 6 am and was told they would pack a breakfast for us, we needed to leave at six to make it to work. Well breakfast was ready once and I had to request it the two other days.
When we checked into the hotel I noticed the toilet was loose off the floor flange, I asked for it to be repaired and seven days later we changed rooms, the maintenance isn’t going to help them keep this place running smoothly. I’m a pipefitter by trade and fixing a loose toilet would take maximum 3-4 hours not seven days.
The manager gives nothing but excuses and uses the word of the front desk staff against you.
I have sent numerous emails and never got anywhere with them just excuses. We moved to the Ramada in cold lake and the service was the polar opposite of this place.
Customer service and the hospitality is lacking and will never be addressed if they don’t look within and fix the problem.
Will never stay here ever again.

Overall, this a great stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating to any concerns or issues. I rated lower on cleanliness due to my most recent stay: the shower drain had not been cleaned in what looks like some time; the water was almost overflowing onto the floor after just a few moments; when I lifted the metal panel there was a LOT of hair, scum and a couple pieces of garbage. Lower on the facilities: construction going on for some time, the door adjacent the parking lot seemed to get stuck when trying to get in while it was cold, another side exit door barely opens with enough room to squeeze out as it gets stuck on the sidewalk, snow removal was very slow and at times blocked off access to the parking lot around the hotel. The room was tidy, but the bed wasn't made correctly and the mattress protector and sheet kept coming off. Kitchen/restaurant in the hotel is amazing, along with the food, but access is limited to certain days/hours - they do have a snack area that will do in a pinch, but there's not much selection outside sandwiches and junk food. All that said, this is the only place I stay when visiting the area!
