We found rats, spider's and also frogs inside the room and bathrooms....

The delux room size is too small and there is no space to put extra bed also. The booking was made for 2 adult and 2 kids but the room space was only for 2 adults. Also they charged extra for bed even though the booking was made for mentioned members properly

Beautiful property. Very courteous staff. Nice homely food. The deluxe rooms are small. And our room didn't have a window so ventilation was a problem. Amenities were basic ( the tv was not working in our room. Service was slow but fine. Staff is helpful. They have very nice live events in the evening for family & children. Overall a very nice place to relax n enjoy nature

I stayed at aara jungle resort and initially booked a deluxe villa. The room was too small and not suitable for my 1. 9-year-old baby to play. Upon request, we were moved to a luxury room, which was slightly better but still not very spacious. Regarding service, we requested milk for the baby, which they provided. However, we were surprised to see it added to our bill during checkout. Most hotels offer this as a complimentary service for young children, so this left a bad impression. Overall, the experience was average.

Never expected this kind of services. Pathetic rooms, poor cleanliness. Dirty pillow and bedsheets. No intercom and wifi. It was terrific experience. Service ok, food not upto the mark Need to improve in all circumstances. Environment is good but that is not enough.. Not recommended for family people.

we went for day out for my wife birthday, they said non veg buffet available for day out lunch but they gave only veg , lied about the buffet is horrible and we ordered lemon soda but they gave worst one,service delay and no one is taking any response, swimming pool is not clean and maintained full of human hair and Dirt lying on the water which makes us to feel disgusting 🤮 and buffet they served outside place is stinking and we ask for restaurant to sit and dine our lunch but they denied, so irritating staff to be trained properly by management
