PROS : 1.Reception staff- Check-in and check out process: fast; no hassles. Staff were co-operative in extending our stay .Restaurant staff were pleasant and welcoming . 2.24/7 hot water 3.Cleanliness-good 4.Dinner buffet : grand feast and reasonably priced ; breakfast buffet post Pongal holidays was very good 5.Location : close to Ganga hospital -about 2km , Shopping district is 2-3 km walk CONS: 1.Reception area plagued with mosquitoes - no response to address this issue 2.Restaurant : had mosquitoes 3. Location : No restaurants or shopping areas around this hotel

Had a comfortable 2 days stay. The hotel is near the shopping street and everything is accessible. Good value for money and breakfast was very good. Shout out to Sivaraman for his personalized house keeping. I will definitely stay here again

The food and break fat of the hot is very good. The is located in heart of city. Qnd security is well maitained.staff of hotel also is courteous. Buffet for break fast is special attraction as it has lot of varieties and of good taste. Staff seems we'll qualified. They should be paid at par with industry so they can work whole heartedly. It will be better for employer also aa it depends on satisfaction of customers

The hotel is great for a short stay. We were traveling with a six month old infant, and as such needed some more help to make her comfortable. Sivaram was our housecleaning staff and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is also right next to the Coimbatore railway station.

The staff and security were excellent. Very helpful and had time for you.
The road the hotel is on was a bit manic but we managed.
The only downside for me was all the food had chilly. So I could not eat.
