Very very very worst behaviour front office staff Mr. Kishore...we booking date on (18/05/2025) due to heavy rain we couldn't check in..we request Mr. Kishore to change the booking date, He said we cannot do the that, Then we said it's ok give our booking advance back, He refused because he wanted to cheat the guests for a money, They are motive is only money not a guest experience, All the guests who wanted stay in SR resort and Aara please do not pay your money in advance because if u have any emergency u cannot get back your money from this cheating people, And also they don't worry about the guests experience. This is my personal experience we lost our money, Very worst management I never seen in my life , Please don't go and stay there people behave very badly and not a professionally...

The resort and property was amazing. service is poor. tv and bathroom water were not working with I checked in.
I called room service for some coffee powder but never received it.
The reception was not aware that one of their restaurant was not operational (the pub).
the entire team of staff looks new and unprofessional. they have no idea what they are doing

Very good place with amble greenery. The staff are really good and supportive. You have lot of options to explore within the premises. The cost is on the upper side and they need to really focus on the billing since they gave me the wrong bill 2 times in my 1 day stay

We stayed here in sr jungle resort as a family of 4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Right from the welcome drink to the electric shuttle which took us to our rooms, the staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. We booked the luxury cottage, which has been dubbed here as garden view rooms. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room service was also quick, no complaints on that side. They have separate zones (buildings) for every purpose i. E. Bachelors, family, single moms, large groups etc. Pools are well maintained and clean. Only point to mention is that the cost of food is quite high, which can be understandable as this is a tourist place and located on the hills. You would be given 2 complimentary foot massage coupons which you can redeem at the spa. However its a machine massage, if you want to get a manual massage then it costs rs. 999. If you want a great relieving massage for 30 minutes then you can try that. The staff are from northeast and are skilled in pressure point massage. Overall a great experience.

Frds meet in SR jungle resort anaikatti we had wonderful 💯 stay rooms was so good neat and clean food was very nice 👍👍 ambience was 👍 great full greenary we went jeep safari it ✨ awesome 💯😎💯 nice experience evening they have some games it was wonderful 💯 and dj was great thanks to SR jungle resort
