New hotel near coimbatore airport. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also ok.

I am surprised that this is a well liked property. Most staff don’t understand English or Tamil. Property had a musky odor in hall ways. The room had a weird smell and I decided to cut my losses and checkout a day early. Will never recommend this property to anyone.
On top of that, Ginger blatantly violates government order by not providing dormitory facility for drivers. I will also be reporting this facility to the Government of Tamil Nadu

The entire process was pleasant. precheck in there was a call to confirm arrival time. checkin was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The master switch near bed was a good touch, one switch all lights off. the shower pressure was great and refreshing. the room service was quick and food tasty. The view from the room was Industrial maybe other side was better.

Recently I had a wonderful stay in Ginger Hotels coimbatore. Thanks for Dhanusha she served me to have a great breakfast, her service was very greatfull. Thanks you all... Seriously it was an excellent stay and there hospitality was very nice.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Ms. Dhanusha was ensuring my every needs with professionalism and a smile. Whether you're traveling for business this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

For this kind of facility and service, coimbatore has much better places like CAG Pride, Heritage Inn, etc. This place is bad!!! Considering that its a brand of TATA, I tried this hotel. 1) They allotted me a room that was terrible - soo small and you feel suffocated. 2) The cupboard in the room is soo badly planned that you can use it at all. 3) Housekeeping was not responding, had to wait for 30 mins, reminded them calling 3-4 times for a simple request. 4) Food was not all that great, but mediocre. TATA is losing its reputation with Air-India and Ginger will be added to the list shorlty. I have also been to Ginger in Tiruppur and Chennai.

Very Good hospitality by Mr. Ramesh, Asst Manager. Very neat and superb ambience. Facilities are excellent 👌👌👌 Location is very decent and next to Annapoorna hotels. Only thing to improve room service by employing more workers. Overall 4.5/5****
