The hotel location is what i liked the most . Fully cleaned room . The best attraction of this hotel is its very well behaved staff. I stayed her for a month , the staff was very interactive and well behaved.The food was delicious with a nice menu prepared by chef Mr. Ashiq. Politeness and nice hospitality shown by Mr. Asutosh Mr. Bharat Mr. Ratish Ms.Anjali Ms.Anisha Ms. Poorna kala who were always presnt at the dining place to serve food with a better experience. Right from the conduct of front desk staff to the behaviour of security guards and the housekeeping staff , everything was good here ... I would love to visit Coimbatore and stay in the same hotel again . Thanks

This was my second time to stay this hotel for work purpose. And it turned out it was very nice experience. Staffs like Trisha, Jojo, and other staffs at the lobby, Ashu, Anisha, Anjali at the cafeteria, and staffs who did room cleaning, they are so kind and did nice work. Sometimes hot water didn’t come out of shower but still we really enjoyed staying here. Thank you very much

Service at the reception and the restaurant stands out, they are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the experience feel welcoming and smooth from check-in to check-out.

The entire process was pleasant. precheck in there was a call to confirm arrival time. checkin was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The master switch near bed was a good touch, one switch all lights off. the shower pressure was great and refreshing. the room service was quick and food tasty. The view from the room was Industrial maybe other side was better.
