Rooms were smelling as if it’s closed from ages, cockroaches in bathrooms and living room, we booked 3 bed villa and kids room had no AC but fan which was not working well. Would not recommend for the price it’s selling. It’s not at all luxury stay. Staff is good and gentle. But room stay and quality very poor. We wasted our money booking this.

The hotel is quite bad. The underground garage is very small and you have to park on the slope at the back. The room is very shabby and not worth the price. The air conditioner stinks. There are big lizards everywhere on the outside of the first floor. In short, it is very bad. Listen to my advice and don't stay! The price is only a few dozen cheaper than the next door, but the actual level is two stars lower

It is more like a chalet instead of a resort room. The room was very run down but at least the bed was clean and comfortable. It does not have a reception setup because Charlesworth is just an sublease operator of a big resort with some rooms. And, the check in after 8pm was a problem. At the end, I had to spend a lot of overseas phone calls and messages to settle the check in.
