The room was nice and clean, however I book hotels with fitness facilities in mind since I like to work out when traveling. The fitness room was dirty with a layer of dust on both pieces of broken cardio equipment (no additional cardio equipment available...just the broken ones).

Don’t know about the room. I booked a room at a Sunday rate due to an emergency , I was in the hospital for four days and even though the daily rate should had been lowered for weekday rates he still charged the most expensive rate mostly because I was in the hospital and my wife has Alzheimer’s and didn’t make sure that he lowered the rate. His horrible attitude was I can do anything I want I’m the owner. I never okayed the additional days and no one else was allowed to use my card sounds like credit fraud. Long story is how he ruined a thousand dollar stay

Our room was next to men’s room and the toilet overflowed into our room. We had a king room and was given a queen room. Beds were very uncomfortable. It’s a 1.25 mile walk to downtown. The trip to is not bad, the trip back is up hill. There are better choices in Cody.

There were loose pills in the room. We let the hotel staff know and they were not concerned. However, we have an 9 month old who is pulling up to stand, and an 4 year old. Thankfully we found the medication before they did. Old smoke smell. The room also had earwigs.

The manager was very helpful and kind. The room was clean - i have an odd "taste" in pillow firmness - but, i imagine most would have loved the fluffy pillows.

This is a two story hotel that doesn't have an elevator. We are senior citizens and weren't in shape to lug our bags upstairs. They did switch us to a 1st floor room after 10 minutes of haggling. I would advise requesting a first story room in advance. The stay cost $365 for a two nights stay.
This is pretty pricey for a "no breakfast" deal. The AC fan in our room quit on our second night. They offered us a fan. The best points are that the hotel is very clean and the water pressure in the shower is excellent.

The room has not been updated. It seemed clean. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillow were hard and flat.
