Zero. Not even a one. Mariana is who is spoke with - the motel was not water front like I was told and pleasant as she was she let me know that it was not ocean front and the advertisement was sketchy - I was ask to to upgrade my room which was not ocean front either but a shorter walk - and I ask for my money back and I was going to go through a long process to do so. But after driving 12 hrs and just wanting to rest I paid the 30$ to only be disappointed and lied to.

The first morning we were there, a very loud and threatening man was outside our balcony screaming that he was going to kill someone and yelling explicative words. I called 911 as there was no security. When we checked out, our son accidentally left his bunny. This bunny was well loved and one could tell. We called a few hours later to see if it was found by housekeeping and I was told “we aren’t responsible for lost items”. It wasn’t lost, it was left in the bed. Who throws away someone’s lovey? This bunny had been with my son since he was 6 months old-through numerous surgeries. We went on vacation to have a lifetime experience and we got home with a heartbroken son. It’s been over a week and he still cries because he worries that bunny isn’t ok. How do I tell him that this resort considered it trash?

I thought it was excellent customer service. They did everything possible to make adjustment to the air conditioner to make it comfortable for us! However,my grand daughter was very disappointed about limbo being cancelled and they didn’t get a new limbo stick.

The best things about this hotel are the pool/splash pad/lazy river and accompanying atmosphere. This hotel also has a direct path to the ocean, with access to a clean and sandy beach. We had to wait almost 20 min for our room to be ready, even though we let the hotel know an hour ahead of time when we’d be arriving. The rooms are big - which is about the only good thing I can say about them. The beds are rock hard. In fact, we had to buy foam pads once we got here because the bed felt like sleeping on the floor. There were ants in one of the bathrooms, along with no water pressure and only luke warm water temperature. The glassware is cheap and actually broke in my son’s mouth while he was drinking. The dishwasher didn’t work. The internet was spotty. With all that being said, this is one of the more popular hotels on the ***** it seems.

El hotel es espectacular para la familia, las condiciones son excelentes, el servicio exelente todos tratan de ayudarte en el Frondes especial Brenda y Mariana siempre con una sonrisa en lo qué nos pueda ayudar y muy dispuesta también quiero mencionar al de mantenimiento Fide muy dispuesto tuvimos un inconveniente en la habitacion y con tremenda disponibilidad fue a nuestra habitación y solucionó el problema muy amable y todo el tiempo en qué podia ayudar. También el chofer del bus Big Ray qué persona tan amable de muy buen carácter paciente la verdad qué digno de su trabajo. Quiero destacar una sola cosa qué no se porqué pasó sabiendo él que debe cumplir con su horario dándole servicio a los huéspedes fuimos nuestra familia al Pier a las 7.50 pm estábamos allí y fuimos a comprar donas cuándo regresamos serian las 8.10 pm el chofer nos dijo que no se movía del Pier hasta las 9.00 pm y nos tuvimos que ir caminando ese señor a diferencia de "Big Ray" tiene muy mal carácter y nada de disposición sinceramente necesitan personal cómo los mencionados anteriormente que sí cuidan y quieren su trabajo

I have been coming here since 2019 with my family and sometimes with friends. I like the way they stock up my bathroom with towels and other stuff. The pillows felt so good, my family loved them. The workers are very friendly, and the place is very clean. We’ll be back soon!

No elevators near the rooms not handicap accessible regardless of the advertisement! This is an older hotel remodeled to try to make it look good don’t fall for the catfish! We had an elderly person with us who was on a walker they stuck him on the 2nd floor up 16 steps. We are Westgate timeshare owners in Orlando and we will never go back to this resort it’s a joke!

Our stay has been great! Room is clean and comfortable. Sue at the Tiki bar is great! She is friendly and helpful! We have used the shuttle to and from Cocoa Pier a number of times and Big Ray is awesome! We also enjoy the convenience of the Makai Snack Shack!

Its an old converted motel. Beach access was the best part, but that is it. Youll need to walk across the parking lot to get there, cross the main road, and then cross the next set of buildings parking lot. A short walk, but nothing glamorous. You will pay if you want to rent a beach chair or “umbrella” By the hour, or for an entire day. Sliding doors open only to the outdoor walkway, so if you want to be outside youll be sitting in the common area. Paper thin walls lets you hear everything outside and above you. Loud music plays until 10 pm and starts up at 9am. There was a distinct smell upon entering the room. While they upgraded floors, counters, and some appliances, you can tell a coat of paint was all they did to “upgrade” the rest. If you are a family with young kids, I would not recommend staying here. I encountered drunks walking around from the moment we arrived. For almost $350 a night, I expected much much more. Really glad I only had a one night stay.
