Overall room 105 was good however what looks like mold in one corner of the front of the shower and dirtiness of the other corners both inside and outside need some serious cleaning and bathroom smelled moldy. Staff was great and very informative especially about the rocket lift off without us even asking the same evening of our stay. Would definitely stay there again however

Had a third floor oceanfront room. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Spacious room… not much for seating or relaxing but appropriate for a beach front hotel. Great view of the ocean. The breakfast was mich better than I expected. A very large selection. The lobby and pool areas were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The best thing about the location for me was not only the quick walk to the beach, but only 3 blocks from a very nice Publix market where I ended up getting most of my meals. I also walked a mile north to A1A Beach rentals and rented an ebike for the afternoon. Was a great spot.

Excellent! Better than expected. Jeremy st the front desk was awesome, along with the whole staff. Better than average breakfast which you can have outside in shaded, water fall patio. Clean rooms with outside decks. The best part is the pool area with bar and boardwalk access to the beach. Hotel is located with yards to the Cocoa beach pier. Chair/ umbrella rentals are available, hotel supplies towels. Rooms are outside entrance, but hotel has been completely remodeled. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The front desk staff is super amazing. They are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast there was also enjoyable and had a lot of different options.

The view from my room was breathtaking. I don’t want to leave. The people at the desk were great. If you want a great place to stay on the beach, this is the hotel. I am right by the pier. I love it

Clean and quiet. Great beach access. Lots of restaurants nearby. Stayed here pre-cruise. 20 minutes to port. Beds very comfy.
