ADULTS ONLY INN. I want to leave a bad review here but I just can’t. This place is perfect for couples wanting to get away. And you can trust they enforce the no kids rule…sad to say. Unfortunately, I booked a room here for me and my two kids through *******. I didn’t read towards the bottom where the Inn stated that it was adults only. Ironically, I booked the room for the wrong night too. The owner (my assumption) politely let me know about their no children policy and began the process to refund my money even though I booked the wrong night AND booked against their stated policy (bc I was in a hurry and distracted bc…well kids). The location is perfect. I was heartbroken that we couldn’t stay. A few guests came and went while I was in the lobby trying to make new arrangements (this was already a last minute booking) and the owner knew them by name. If I’m ever back in the area without kids, I’d like to try it out.

This is the second time I have been to this place. Once 2 years ago and then just this week. The rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. When my wife and I went out to eat diner we couldn't take the leftovers back to the room cause we had no place to put it or heat it up. I told the waitress that and she was like where are you staying as all places have fridges. Also the front desk clerk was very rude to me and wouldn't give me his name so I could complain about his behavior. I paid about $300 a night and left early cause wasn't a great place. Anyway I'm done with this place

Spent 2 lovely nights here. Staff were so welcoming & we thought the communal seating areas, both in & outside of the hotel were excellent. Breakfast was great, home made muffins & choice of home cooked quiches. Beautiful fruit salad bowl to help yourself to. We also very much appreciated the complimentary cheese & wine available in the Breezeway each evening (5-6pm). What a lovely sociable time this was meeting other guests. At weekends there were also complimentary cookies & sweet tea on offer too. We had a standard second floor ocean view room. (201). The room was quaint & thoughtfully decorated. Our balcony had 2 rocking chairs & table. Our only gripes to bring our review down to a 4 star, is the bed was just so soft & saggy, we just rolled in to the middle together, there was no support at all. We barely slept & had backache from the unsupportive mattress. Also the tiny bathroom had swing Louvre doors, which were just inappropriate. Would we stay here again? Yes in a heartbeat as it was just so charming, and the beach access & pool were great, but would ask for a different room with a better more supportive bed.

Close to the beach, 2 minute walk, hotel provided chairs and umbrella for the beach. Breakfast was great, no fighting for a waffle maker. Lots of vey attentive staff, felt like we were in a resort.
