Not having a key to the main door and to the parking garage was inconvenient. After dark they lock the main door, and we had to wait for someone to come open. Same for the parking. We had to stop by the hotel to get someone to go open the parking garage. Not the best process.

The hotel is located in the downtown area. It’s a very small hotel with little personnel. It has parking but one block away. You have to walk with your suitcase and other bags.
The cafeteria has limited service so I would recommend you eat before you get there.

Amazing place to stay at Cobán, beautiful garden inside and great food. Amazing service by the staff even with me arriving at around 1 am.
