Excelente servicio, este hotel concuerda con la magia de Coatepec. Me gustó el diseño de las habitaciones y el ambiente del corredor botánico que tenían en el pasillo.

Mi peor experiencia en un Hotel, acabo de Estar ahí,Es muy Ruidoso,no tienen reglas para cuidar el descanso de los huéspedes,pueden llegar familias a mover muebles o camas si yo creo no están a su gusto, Niños corriendo en las habitaciones como parque de diversiones.CERO señal de Internet esto muy importante y labores de Limpieza en la madrugada que se oye todo.DIfinitivamente no Regresaré Lastima una mala experiencia de mi viaje y además costoso como para tener este tipo de experiencia.

Precioso!! con un encanto muy especial, habitaciones muy limpias, acogedoras y calientitas (llegamos con lluvia y frio ) espacios muy agradables y sobre todo, excelente descanso!! Desayuno delicioso, la cocinera muy amable, todo preparado al momento e incluido en el hospedaje. Está ubicado muy cerca del centro, asi que puedes llegar caminando muy rápido,cuenta con estacionamiento y todo el staff es muy amable. Somos fanáticos del cafe y nos encana Coatepec, así que sin duda volveremos a este bello hotel! totalmente recomendado

Hermoso hotel suoer limpio y cómodo, una agradable sorpresa al descanso, definitivamente volveré, el desayuno muy bueno solo xomo observación hay q mejorar el café porque por la forma en la q se hace se quema y sabe a quemado fuera de eso. Todo genial
