The lounge and dining room are very attractive and restful overlooking the Grosne river. The rooms are comfortable and although we had rooms directly adjacent to the road, the quadruple glazing kept the noise out well. Road noise might be an issue if the weather was hot however and there was a need to keep the windows open overnight. We did not eat at the restaurant as frustratingly, our tour company had told us erroneously that there was no need to book ahead. The breakfast was very good however. The owners were charming and very helpful and we were able to leave our bags with them while we explored the town before getting the Maçon bus. We would like to return in the future and next time will be sure to book the restaurant in advance."
