Home2 Suites by Hilton Clovis Fresno Airport

I have stayed in this property 2 separate times and I have paid for my parents stay on a separate date. All 3 occasions were for extended stays up to 2 weeks. On my last stay, I had requested "Hypoallergenic" linens due to my experience from developing skin rashes from regular linens. I always make this request for every hotel that I stay in. I also remind the hotel on the Hilton app prior to my arrival and I give them a call. I was always re-assured that this request would be granted. However, on my check in, I was met by "John" at the Front Desk. He was argumentative and irritated. I explained to him that I always request this upon booking, in the Hilton app, and phone call. He stated, "I never got that message. You must have spoken to someone from Corporate." He even asked, "So what is hypoallergenic? Tell me what you mean by hypoallergenic." After a long travel flight, I did not want to hear this. I think he has an attitude and should not be working the Front Desk. Additionally during my stay, I had asked another Front Desk employee, "Atlanta" to get my new linens and towels since my room was not cleaned after 3 days. She promised me that Housekeeper would send these items as soon as possible. After waiting for 4 hours and repeated phone calls to the Front Desk, I gave up. For these reasons, on my subsequent stay, I decided to stay at Homewood Suites which is next to this property. Home2Suites Clovis Airport was disappointing and I will never stay in this property again.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable however the pillows were flat. Room was comfortable but when the air conditioning kicks off the fan stops which causes the room to get hot. I would recommend a ceiling fan or fix the thermostat where the fan would always run. We also needed to return the rental the night before our flight because of having an early flight. They sent the shuttle to come pick us up. And in the morning they paid for an uber back to the airport because the shuttle was not running at 3:30 am. We would stay again.

My room wasnt clean and I was told the breakfast was from 6-10, but when i went at 930 everything was gone. I asked if they were going to bring out more food and I was rudely told no, even though threr was 30 mins left.

Everything was great but since there were so many kids at the pool it was a bit murky! I only got my feet wet because it was questionable!

I found the bed comfortable and bathroom very nice with dual sinks and a secondary sink outside of the bathroom. It was great being with my 3 teenagers always in the bathroom.

Loud party in the room next-door. Took the desk too long to rectify the problem. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Good workout room. Staff was friendly.
