I had a great relaxing time. Breakfast was fabulous. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were wonderful. All in all I had wonderful stay.

I picked this hotel for it’s convenience to the interstate and based on other reviews. Many said the breakfast was great. It was ok. Potatoes were not fully cooked and cold. Questionable meat served. Eggs were rubbery. Also, I forgot my toothbrush and was told by the front desk I had to pay a $1 to get a replacement from them. Really?! Room was fine and seemed clean. Considering the number of hotel options available, I would not stay again.

David, Kathy, Arvin and the rest are always over the top helpful and accommodating for my wife and my needs. We chose this hotel as a recovery location after my wife's kidney transplant and the service was more than we could hope for. Since, we have chosen BW plus in Clive for all follow up visits and any stays we have in Des Moines area.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years. It is always clean and in great condition. They have recently done some upgrades. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great compared to other BW hotels. Since I travel alone, I particularly like the security that I feel staying at this location.

This was the best Best Western hotel I've ever stayed at and I almost always stay at Best Westerns. Everything was great! Breakfast was very good (love the yogurt dispenser and fresh fruit combo to make a custom yogurt). Staff was very friendly. Rooms clean and everything worked. Fantastic hotel!

Arvind was the gentleman that check us in and was super nice. He was right on top of all the people that was comming in, he took care of any problems we may have had and he works his tail off. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was great and we had such a good time. Definitely will be back.

Area by the first floor elevator, which lands like a rock on 1st, was cluttered with bags of inventory. Dingy lighting in elevator areas. Good breakfast.
