Staff was very nice. The property and room were less than satisfactory. Smoking area was right outside our door instead of across the parking lot and cigarette butts and dirt were also right outside our door along with a 3 legged chair that was there the whole time we were. The walls inside the room and small chunks missing and I don’t know what was on the bathroom walls. We did have to go ask for some pillow cases because I am not sure if the linens were even changed. I think they have full time residents that live there as well. The water pressure is good. They have washers and dryers but they shake very loudly. I will never go back.

There were broken windows, plywood over windows, the exterior was not in good shape at all. The floor in our room was dirty and the breakfast was not edible. Any finish updates appear to be DIY and not professionally completed. We were required to give a $150 security deposit and the clerk was telling all guests that it is a Wyndham policy, which it 100% is NOT, as we have stayed at quite a few Wyndham properties.

Staff was super freindly and helpfull. The rooms were updated and had usd ports on either side of the bed. The Clive police were checking speed from the parking lot. And did freqent drive threws. We felt very safe. Had your standard breakfast. And the price was unbeatable. We'll be back forsure!

TV didn’t work.
Skimpy breakfast.
Bed frame was larger than the mattress, so frame stuck out making getting in and out uncomfortable.

The hotel appeared nice even with a number of people loitering in and about the parking lot. The room was clean, nice bedding. Going to breakfast the next morning there were homeless sleeping the alcove by the elevator and obviously homeless taking advantage of the breakfast bar. We were not asked for money or harassed in any way however I did not feel safe.
