Avoid at all cost!!! Not great. So many things wrong. Checked in, room not cleaned. Used coffee bags still in machine. Open bottles of drink still in fridge. Safe not working, said they would sort and didn’t. Room clean online day was shocking, bed was made prior to going out for the day when I got back they’d unmade it and left the bedding at the end of the bed for me to make up. Rubbish left in floor. Holes in walls Unreplenished toiletries Staff don’t care And for $100 a night just not worth it. Totally ruined my stay, was here for 5 nights from London to attend a family funeral so the incompetence of the hotel added to what was already an emotional and stressful stay.

Got to check in a few hours early which was definitely a big plus. Bed was really comfortable and had no problem sleeping. Those 2 things were the good things. Tub/Shower stopper was broken and the Tub/Shower itself was stained had like a white puddy/touch up paint everywhere. I honestly refused to use it(luckily it was only a 2 night stay). Also when I c

Once was enough.
Girl was irritable and rude when I checked in… zero people skills. Side door had a broken handle that cut me. Tv remote was now functioning well (could not change the cannel). It was a convenient location.

Awful place in dire need of repair. Housekeeping is very inconsistent and constant requests had to be made to get necessary items. Do not stay here

I had a dark smelly room. I took a bath and a shower at the same time. It wasn't a good experience. Save your money. I would not recommend.

The staff did not want to exchange my room the bathroom was horrible the tub was all scratched up the bed had dirty sheets house keeping staff was a bunch of misfit
