Tru by Hilton Cleveland Midtown Reviews

It’s a cheap hotel, was not so clean, I was not happy about it.

We had a pleasant stay at Tru in Cleveland.

I asked the customer service for a blanket, but they said they didn't have any. I found Indian cockroaches crawling around in the room. The desk was small, and there was an internet box hanging on the wall under the desk, which could be easily kicked by feet.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Great new hotel! Breakfasts are ok, rooms are clean. Staff is 4, not the friendliest, all liquids in the room ran out, had to ask for refills

Although it is in the city center, it feels a bit remote and gives people a feeling of being unsafe.

The location is relatively remote, there are few surrounding facilities, the breakfast is very simple, and the service is pretty good

This hotel is located in a black area, and the surrounding area is very desolate and rundown. The hotel itself is quite good, clean and tidy. It was during breakfast that the staff closed the stall before it was time.

This hotel is near Cleveland Medical College and Cleveland Clinic. The hotel is relatively new, parking is convenient and free. I stay here every time I come to Cleveland.

The location is very good, there are places to eat around, and there are also Italian supermarkets, which are more convenient for shopping and eating. When I went there, it was snowing heavily in Cleveland, but the traffic was relatively good and there was no congestion.

The hotel is located between downtown and Western Reserve University. The surrounding area is average. The hotel's internal facilities and sanitation are pretty good. Breakfast is average for a hotel of this caliber.
