Metropolitan at the 9, Autograph Collection

What an amazing experience!! From the time we arrived until the time we left, the Metropolitan at the 9 delivered. The Vault was so interesting to see and Centro Restaurant served the most delicious food to the point where we ate there much more than we had planned. Our hotel rooms were clean and beautiful. Definitely a 5 star experience! Every employee we encountered made our stay that much more enjoyable. From the valet to the front desk, to housekeeping, and especially the staff of Centro, everything we could have wanted or needed was taken care of. I tried to ask each person's name so that I could give them a huge shout out here: Isaiah, Dasia, Anna, Josie, Priscilla, Kendra, Cortez, Will, Mo, Tariq, Matthew, and Mercedes. These lades and gentlemen went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were definitely spoiled. The pictures say it all. Thank you to everyone at the Metropolitan at the 9 for making our first trip to Cleveland amazing. It will not be our last!!

First impression is everything… so much so that I often know whether I will or won’t have a comfortable stay at a hotel the moment I set foot in the lobby. It’s all about the vibe and energy you get at the door. This time around, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from a lovely young lady named Valentina, who made the check-in process a breeze and much more enjoyable than I could imagine especially after a long flight. Her positive vibes and energy is beyond what any guest could have expected. And it wasn’t just smiles, customer service was on par too. Definitely worth staying here.

Tiffany and all the ladies at the front desk were an incredible help during our overnight stay. We had issues with a third party and they coached us through the experience until it was resolved. They stayed patient, professional and gave us reassurance that this is as an issue that happens, needs attention, but not to worry. We had a great experience with our room service as well. The food was great and the Woman in charge of room service that evening was incredibly kind and helpful. I am extremely thankful to the kindness and teamwork we experienced at your hotel and will definitely remember on our trips back to Cleveland.

We were met at the front desk by Priscilla who was an absolute delight. As we entered and left throughout the weekend it was so nice to see Priscilla and her smile and warmth each time. Kudos to management as they knew to put this shining star at the forefront of the guest experience. Our stay was wonderful in all aspects from room, to service, to valet. The place was extremely accommodating to our big puppy and even gave him a puppy box with a toy! (It is $50 a night for the furry boy). Loved our stay and it will now be my go to when we stay in Cleveland!! Thank you all for a great experience!

My stay was wonderful. Great room, great people. A special thanks to Valentina at the front desk. She got me checked in quickly and was able to help me with all my needs and special requests. Polite and friendly and she went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again. Doug

Wow, great stay at the Metropolitan at the 9. We were in town for some baseball games so the hotel location was perfect. Clean, comfortable room with a fantastic bed. Literally one of the best hotel beds we've ever had. Front desk and staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Food and drinks at a private event in The Vault were top notch. The Eden rooftop bar was fun but a little chilly during our visit. Would definitely recommend but be aware that in some rooms the glass shower separates the bed area from the sink area. Different, but in a fun way for a couples trip. Also close to tons of good restaurants and bars.
