Room Comfort: Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with exceptionally cozy beds and soft towels. Guests enjoy beautiful views, including the lake, and find the rooms perfect for relaxation.

Room safe in room, coffee maker, mini fridge, in room recycling, two metal, reusable water bottles, iron and board. Robes. Shower and bath. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, nail file, comb, sewing kit, cotton swabs, makeup remover, makeup mirror, hairdryer. Bathroom nightlight. Fitness room: 3 bicycles, 3 treadmills 2 ellipticals, a gauntlet, and Lifefitness weight machines. Moderate corridor & connecting door noise. Some noise from outside especially on North side which is a little over a block from the Main Street. Minimal (some would say none) restaurants within walking distance.

We visited this hotel for a hour to see family that was in town. Their valet team removed our house keys from our car key fob without us knowing. We didn’t realize until we arrived home. We immediately called and asked what happened to the keys. They said they remove house keys from car fobs and place them in the cup holders (not sure why that’s even a policy). We told them the keys were nowhere to be found and then they tried to gaslight us by saying the keys were never on the fob and they didn’t understand our concerns about safety. We’re now contemplating filing a police report and changing our locks because the valet guy had access to our home address through our gps. The manager kept saying we never gave them house keys even though that’s how we get in and out of our house and only got access back into our house because we have a spare hidden.
