"The location is excellent, it is next to two good hotels, the pool is divine, it has an exceptional view and although they close it at sunset, if you wish, you can go to the hotel next door, which is the Holiday, the rooftop bar is very nice and the shepard which is the other hotel has a night club and a good nightlife."

"So pleased with service the moment we pulled up. We were greeted with most respectful parking attendants, and we had plenty of time to checkin and gather all belongings. Hotel provided excellent breakfast selection, beautiful pool, fitness center, as well as a fun engaging shuttle ride to their closest drop off location. On our trip, thanks to our wonderful parking attendants we were able to meet, Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart!!! How bad ass vacation is that! We are forever grateful. Now, for one unpleasant experience…. On our last night stay, we did experience a not so polite front desk associate. Our party wanted to utilize beautiful balcony area to play cards and laugh but there was a sign, stating bad weather patio was closed. We were bummed but made arrangements to sit inside lobby area instead. We also asked if we could have new top cover blankets for our room, coming back from the beach sand got all over them. We were told it would be a very long time before we would receive them, all blankets were locked up, and housekeeping was already gone. We stated no problem!! One of our party members got a little chilly inside lobby area, so we asked if we could have a small blanket to use. Associate handed us a small blanket to use so we could continue playing cards in lobby. We looked up weather conditions and storm had moved past, so we informed front desk associate storm moved passed, if we could use outside balcony. Extremely frustrated with us, front desk associate ripped signage off, unlocked door, and told us all mosquitoes were outside!! ***??? Next morning checking out, we informed hotel manager Laura one of her associates was unpleasant and rude last night. Ms. Laura apologized on behalf of her associate and informed us she would be speaking and addressing her behavior directly. Thanks again, Fairfield Marriott for the wonderful stay, parking attendants were so wonderful and polite!! Thank you!"

"Highly recommended. The location is just across the bridge from Qingshui Beach, on the main road. You almost don't have to turn when coming from the airport, and you won't get lost without navigation. There are abundant tableware and kitchenware. I made some soup every day, which was very satisfying. The sanitation was not cleaned every day, but once during the four nights I stayed. The breakfast was rich by my American standards. The waiters were friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommended"

"The location was ideal. We were thankful we could access our room early. However, there was black eyeliner spots on my sheets, crumbs on the rug, hair in the shower, broken lamp shade and mold spots in the bathroom. Just feel like the room needed a deep clean and attention to detail. The pool was very nice and clean. The black love bugs were an issue and we had to constantly swat at them while trying to relax at the pool. Some days the staff at the pool was attentive and efficient, other days not so much. We enjoyed lunch several times at the restaurant. The waiter, Larry, was excellent!!  Bell staff and check in staff were wonderful!"

"The hotel is very new, but not very close to the main attractions. There is breakfast, but it is very simple. It is no problem to eat enough. I stayed for three days. One day I asked the waiter to clean the room. He agreed, but when I came back I found that he didn't charge me. . ."

"A very superior and modern hotel with a European standard. The hotel is very chic and modern. The lobby looks very inviting. The rooms are extremely clean and really spacious. The shower and the beds are extremely high quality. Each room has a seamless floor-to-ceiling window with panoramic views. The valet service is very polite and does a great job. Valet parking costs around 30 euros. You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes."
