Check in process was horrible. They are becoming local Venice (if you do not come - other people come) . Too many customers, too popular. They do not care about service and customer support.

I expect more at this price. Wood furnishings chipped, no extra blankets pillows (only one pillow per person provided and no spares in closet), carpet has trip hazard lumps, no mini fridge, they put the lumbar pillow that can’t be cleaned touching our bed pillows, bathroom ceiling is peeling, and no outlets near each of the nightstands. Closet is tiny and taken up by pack and play and excess luggage stands. (You’re not having a little kid in here without a mini fridge!) Mega disappointed to have spent almost $500/night on this.

I took my family on a Christmas getaway, and it was a delightful experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication to accommodating guests. Christina at the front desk provided outstanding service, displaying both friendliness and attentiveness. My family and I genuinely felt the spirit of Christmas during our stay. The resort gives you Polar Express vibes. :-) The rooms were comfortable, cozy and the surrounding Washington forest created a captivating atmosphere reminiscent of a winter wonderland. The resort offers various amenities, including an ice skating rink, a small indoor water park, and several pools. Our family has decided to make this a traditional Christmas destination.

Woody is the best driver! He was very sweet and attentive with my family and toddler. The rooms could be cleaner but it did not impact our stay.

Had a beautiful dinner tonight and cannot rave enough about the wonderful dining staff. Kaelyn was an absolute delight as she showed us to our table and accolades our request to sit outside instead without hesitation. Her personality is adorable and personable! Our waiter Chaska also blessed us tonight with incredible service and attention to detail. He is genuine and easy to chat with. A big thank you to them both. Also, kudos to the wonderful hiring staff who hired them- nice work!! Thank you for a lovely evening with my husband!

Me and my honey ate dinner at the lodge. Amazing view of the valley, with stairs down to the river. The hostess was very helpful and cared about our experience. And the waiter was top notch as well. These 2 employees made our experience. Thank you Chaska and Kaelyn!

Save your money and avoid this resort at all costs. Such a dump and waste of money! We paid extra to stay at the "quiet" Condos. The room was extremely dated and dirty. This place is like a sad airb&b and sad hotel all rolled into one - broken window shades, broken ice machine, difficult to use air conditioning, fireplace without the knob, old mattress and pillows, stained towels, random things in the kitchen, dirty couch/pillows. I'm shocked at the amazing reviews about great customer service. I did not experience great customer service at any of the restaurants we visited or the front desk. The food was overpriced and not good. The Glade Spring Spas was amazing and the highlight of an extremely disappointing trip. And the deer. The hiking trails are great if you want to see 500 people and be on a paved flat path next to housing communities and roads! I cannot stress enough how much to avoid this place!

Absolutely magical place. We golfed 2 courses. Saw music at the farms. Rode e-bikes for 3 hours and sow wild turkey and momma/baby deer every day. Hiked stairs to the river. Fantastic sunsets and food/drinks the Source. Fantastic food at Stovehouse. Vegan options galore. Even found time to tube the Yakima about an hour away. AWESOME!
