Location was great, room was surprisingly smaller than expected after staying at other Le Meridien locations around the world, but still comfortable.
Service was wonderful. Food and beverage specifically were great throughout the morning and night.

My first night at the hotel, I was using the restroom when I looked down to see water seeping out from the toilet around my feet. The hotel sent someone to fix the toilet, but when I came back to the room, their footprints were visible and the bathroom had not been sanitized. Nor was I offered a room change. Then, at lunch in the restaurant, I was halfway through a chicken wing when I realized it was completely raw. The kitchen kindly offered to replace my order with a new set of chicken wings (no, thank you!). More alarming than these issues were the staff responses - everyone was apologetic and polite but it honestly felt like these sorts of issues were perhaps a routine occurrence.

Room was subpar. Uncomfortable bed. Renovate the rooms. They are old. Lobby was and lobby restaurant are good. Amazing pancakes.

Jordan in valet was great. Appreciate his quick response and professional manner. Will be back next time I am in St Louis
