"We enjoyed our stay and had a way better time than the comments made us think - it for sure is no luxurious hotel, but for the really affordable price it was great. People who expect more than two queen beds and a bathroom can do the Radisson next door. But for budget travel it was good - rooms were well equipped (though a little outdated), they were clean, the front staff was helpful and friendly."

"The location is a bit remote, but it's close to the business trip. This price is average for a hotel in this environment in the United States. It can't be said to be very good. The hotel waiters are very friendly, the breakfast is also rich, and they won't force you to pay tips. The only thing is that there is a door between my room and the next door, which is a bit scary. On the third day, the couple in the next room had a fight, so I decisively checked out and changed hotels"

"While we arrived in the early morning hours (almost 1 am), we needed to wait to check in due to only 1 person at the front desk who was quite slow. Upon arriving to our room, it was clean but was freezing cold. Looking at the bathroom, I realized that a shower would be questionable. They painted the old tub/shower and the paint was chipping and peeling all over. I chose no shower but my husband did shower…and the drain didn’t work! The hotel was near an interstate (a plus) but the traffic was loud. Not sure I’d recommend this hotel."

"3 Sisters on a get away. The front desk people were great and put up with our silliness! The room was spotless - no complaints whatever! Joyce who fixed our breakfast was a delight and we really enjoyed the food selection! Wish we had stayed another night to get bacon! LOL. We even got cinnamon rolls for the road! Wish I knew how to upload photos! We took several!"

"This hotel owes me money. They charged my debit card for two extra nights and haven't refunded my money. I have a print out of the charges from the hotel who has admitted to the wrong doing. The imaginary district manager they claim to be emailing and calling and waiting to hear back from has never reached to me. I've never been given an apology. I pray the right person or persons reads this post and is willing to help me. This hotel has so many complaints and bad reviews on multiple sites that they continue to ignore. I'm tired of being ignored."

"I was just passing through on my way to St Louis. KATIE at the front desk was so pleasant. She took the time to get us in a room that best suited our needs. Poor thing was so busy with other guests and phone calls, but she delivered great service. I would say, she could have used more help at the desk. I think something busy was happening in the city, but she handled it gracefully. I asked her what the name of her manager was, so I could leave a review and to my surprise. SHE was the manager of the hotel! We don't travel often, but I hope we stop here on our way back home."
