"I usually have a great stay, but this time was a bit different. I was accused of smoking ****, but i don't smoke, and was even penalized for it without proof. I noticed that the lady that accused me would pass often by my door to sort of keep tabs on me. My room didn't have a door handle privacy sign and the ice bucket didn't come with bags, as well as some of the coffee utensil packages being opened and clearly already used. I've been having a lot of problems with my key cards becoming deprogrammed, having to go to the getting desk to ask for new ones, and if you left your id locked in your room because of it, well good luck. I've noticed room 420 has an ant problem, and the suite i stayed at last time didn't supply wine glasses or plates. Other than that, i usually have a great time, i just hope the quality of my future stays will continue to be great."
