Ero già stato in questo stabilimento termale un paio di volte e avevo in entrambe le occasioni riscontrato disservizi vari soprattutto nella mancanza di personale addetto alle varie strutture e la poca professionalità dei medesimi. Il massimo l’ho sperimentato 3/4 giorni prima che lo stabilimento chiudesse per la stagione autunno/inverno 2024/2025. Ho chiamato per sapere se era possibile un ingresso giornaliero (la chiusura sul sito era specificato nel 01//10/2024) La risposta dell’addetto alla reception è stato un NO molto sbrigativo perché la Direzione aveva deciso così…senza un minimo di spiegazioni…. Vista la “qualità “della risposta ho chiesto ho chiesto se potevo parlare con la Direzione per avere qualche informazione in più…visto che sul sito non c’erano indicazioni in questo senso…per tutta risposta e nella solita maniera molto sbrigativa mi è costato risposto che in Direzione non c’era nessuno …a quel punto ho fatto notare in maniera del tutto tranquilla che il loro modo di gestire queste cose era piuttosto strano e poco comprensibile…per tutta risposta mi hanno riattaccato il telefono…

Struttura molto grande elegante e ben tenuta,centro benessere con piscine interne ed esterne,stanza bellissima,se devo trovare una pecca,il giorno che siamo arrivati a pranzo ho ordinato un insalata ed è arrivata con altri ingredienti,il tagliere di salumi in realtà era un tagliere di salame,però indubbiamente è stato un weekend fantastico

Hôtel plus que moyen... Bien que la décoration ait sans doute était sensationnelle fut un temps, elle n'est malheureusement plus au goût du jour. L'entretien des parties communes laisse sincèrement à désirer. Les carreaux de la piscine / spa se décollent (ce qui peut entrainer des coupures plus ou moins importantes), le personnel manquent cruellement d'aimabilité, le restaurant propose des plats à peine passables. Le petit déjeuné n'est absolument pas digne d'un 4 étoiles ou de ce que l'on retrouve habituellement dans les hôtels de ce standing de la chaîne Accor. Le positionnement est à revoir...

Très très bel hôtel certes hors du temps mais la déco art déco est superbe, quel plaisir des chambres grandes un lit king size une propreté exceptionnelle une grande salle de bains. Et tout est en marbre quel plaisir. Le petit déjeuner très bien servi. Le premier jour c’est un peu un labyrinthe tellement l’hôtel est immense mais on s’y fait Les piscines sont certes à refaire mais cela doit être fait dixit un employé C’est une vraie belle étape Et ne ratez pas Natale et Michele au restaurant ils sont serviables, de bons conseils et ultras sympathiques encore merci à eux Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant Un très bon et bon séjour, n’hésitez pas

Hotel molto bello! Piscine termali, sia interne che esterne bellissime. Tutto lo staff molto gentile, in particolare Giulia alla Reception! Piacevolissimo relax in mezzo alla natura.Solo un consiglio, cambiate le televisioni!!!! Grazie

Aucun service dans cet hôtel, check in et out déplorables certainement pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles qui en a que le nom, piscines extérieures hors d'âge la mosaïque se décolle et cela peut être dangereux pour les pieds, le restaurant est banal et surtout la cuisine manque de goût ce qui est rare en Italie ou d'ordinaire on mange très bien . Surtout n'oubliez pas dans le hall d'entrée face à la réception des effets personnels car d'une part on ne vous préviendra pas et d'autre part on sera incapable de livrer dans un délai normal et garanti à 200 km, résultat nous avons fait 400KM pour récupérer nos effets, ils n'ont même pas été capables de trouver un taxi pour faire livrer nos effets, nul, nul et ultra nul, le groupe Accor ferait bien d'aller regarder ce qui se passe dans cet endroit manifestement pas ou mal géré.

chambre très spacieuse, personnel du restaurant très accueillants mais... serviette hors d'Age, usé, taché... la piscine à le mérite d 'exister, mais carreaux de carrelage manquant, buses des jet ne fonctionnant pas... et je ne parle pas des taxes de séjours qui se rajoute alors que ma réservation indiquait toute taxe incluses

Apesar de estar " bem escondido " , é um hotel impar , principalmente para um final de semana . As instalações são ótimas , com uma vista para o vale/ montanhas muito especial .
