First, the AC doesn’t work properly or cool down with that kind of humidity and heat. It needs to be controlled better lowering than the set amount. The price of the motel fluctuates too much very nice motel, but change of price of almost $100 from day-to-day just too much to bear

Beautiful hotel, very kind the front desk, I like the parking underground, very safe system, the attached steakhouse , good and perfectly grilled, the room clean and big, so nice overall, highly recommended.

This weekend i stayed at hotel with my fiance i invited a friend for a drink and they denied him entrance to the pool area spoke with receptionist Ana Guzmin and still denied entrance i asked for Maneger on site Javier Perez and still denied entrance for a drink in the pool area this is outrageous and poor service these two gave i wouldn't stay here service very poor.

It's a beautiful hotel with some shortcomings. First, the water was barely warm. I reported this to the desk and tney told me tontuen the handle to the left. Thanks a lot dor for that.
Second, there was no hair dryer in tbe room. I called the desk and tney said they would send one right up. Ten minutes later, i went to the desk to get one and was told i they had taken it to he mmust have missed him
