Great looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.

If you enjoy good service, do not stay here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Our waitress, Maria, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She brought my breakfast order wrong two times and both times she seemed upset when we asked her to make it right. She rolled her eyes at us and never even apologized. The reception staff seemed to be busy on the computer during check in and were not welcoming or friendly. Room service is also lacking, food is given to you at the door and they refuse to help you bring your orders inside the room. The window to our room was extra dirty, with stains all over. The pros of the hotel: -Convenient location -Rooms are modern and nice -City views Would I stay here again? Definitely no!

Hotel nuevo y muy bonito, buen gimnasio el desayuno muy rico, servicio bueno en general, habitaciones pequeñas, tarifa alta creo solo en contadas ocasiones nos quedaremos ahi, tiene buen estacionamiento, la zona es muy transitada y un poco extraña para un hotel

Nice new hotel, the service is good. Good location with great restaurants at the same building. But if you are a light sleeper… avoid this hotel! Not only can you hear the trucks and cars in the streets all night, but you can also listen to conversations in other rooms, literally like if they were in the same room as you are

Positives: - good location - decent breakfast - great lobby Negatives: -I felt very uncomfortable riding the elevator with armed guards openly carrying open rifles. They appear very poorly trained on how safely carry these rifles in public areas and elevators. It’s a danger to guests. -Key facilities are closed (rooftop) without any notice of this on their website or check in - very poor Platinum recognition and staff openly refuses to honor Marriott elite benefits. I was refused an upgrade even though many options are available on their website. When I brought up these issues to the front desk, the agents were quick to dismiss me.

Hotel Nuevo con muy buena atención, buena calidad de descanso. Lo único que podría mejorar es que cuando reciban grupos grandes les pongan su desayuno en un salon pues había un congreso y eso ocupaba casi todo el desayunador para los huéspedes que no estábamos en ese grupo.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, el hotel está nuevo así que es de esperarse. El servicio de desayuno es bueno y el hotel muy bien ubicado. Lo malo es que es muy restrictivo, tiene la mejor terraza de Cd. Juárez pero la inhabilitan a las 10 y resulta pequeña para su ocupación.
