When arriving we met the most delightful host - Sade. She couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. She gave my granddaughter a “goodie bag’ and welcomed us to the town. Our room was a bit warm and my husband asked Sade to check it out for us. She concluded that the air was not working and proceeded to give us another room. Each step of the way she was helpful. Noticing the pullout couch was missing pillows, she had housekeeping bring the to us in a timely fashion. The maintenance crew was sent for to clear a clogged sink (Sade called them and they showed up within 5 minutes). they were pleasant and left us with a note and a chocolate hammer to let us know they were there if needed. Having all this speedy attention made us feel “taken care of. The Inn thought of many things - fruit and bars available for all to savor. Games in the dining room for all. The free breakfast was a plus, with pleasant servers. Cudos to the manager for her creativity. A special thank you to Sade!

This is a modern and fun site in walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, as long as you don’t mind Conshy’s hilly grade. I was in town to drop off my daughter at Villanova and wanted a change of pace from King of Prussia/Plymouth Meeting hotels. The parking garage next door was convenient and free (on the upper levels beyond a gate, which may not free during the week). The hotel is shoehorned into a hillside block across a park-like space from a (more modern) corporate building. The hotel entry is a converted old brick firehouse, a charming and unique blend of architecture and history that contrasts nicely with the modern surroundings. I entered around 6 p.m. on a Saturday and the lobby felt fairly small, possibly because many people were having food at the tables and patrons were arriving for a large bat mitzvah party. Check in was quick and smooth. I did not eat at the 2nd floor restaurant or bar but they looked like fun spots with interesting views and a large, semi-enclosed outdoor area. The elevator & hallways were clean and looked fairly new. The room (King bed) had a large bathroom with barn doors. The shower with full glass separation and door was roomy and offered two shower heads: one an angled rainfall-type and the other a lower wand type (the rainfall-type helped with otherwise mediocre water pressure). The main room was comfortable, with the modern trend of little-to-no closed clothing storage (mostly exposed racks and hangers), which some may not like. The bed was comfortable with quality linens. I did not use the small desk and chairs, but they seemed adequate if I had to work out of the room, and the wall-mounted TV offered a huge screen. The 6th floor windows overlooked the active neighborhood along Fayette St. The street traffic was audible even with the thick shades drawn. I also heard a passing train in the distance, but neither were terribly loud. Overall, this will be my go-to hotel when staying in Philly.

I checked in this afternoon and was greeted by Shana and Marlenea who are the two friendliest, happy and helpful people I’ve ever met at a hotel. I tried to pick up a rental car at the Hertz counter at the train station and had 4 employees there try to avoid eye contact with me so they wouldn’t have to help me. Then they told me they had my reservation but no cars were available. I wasn’t in the best mood when I checked into the hotel but these amazing ladies changed my day. I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in town because of them!

Breakfast is OK, if you are not too demanding. We live in two big bed rooms, two adults with two children no problem. You must drive here, and it is more than 20 minutes drive from a ship museum. It is suitable for children to play. A few minutes walk next to a Chinese restaurant is reasonable, Hong Kong people open, Cantonese cuisine is very good, Sichuan cuisine is still okay. The hotel is very clean and has an indoor pool and gym. The hotel is not big, it can't be upscale, but it is much better than the motel. I have more than 1,500 for two nights, free breakfast. The price is not bad in the holiday in August. It may be because there are no big tourist attractions around! Overall good!

I stayed 5 nights at the Homewood Suites in Plymouth Meeting. The front desk personnel were extremely nice and helpful, especially ”Hitman” who was professional and friendly. He said hello using my first name every time he saw me. My room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The indoor pool was clean with nice warm water I highly recommend.

When we walked into the hotel Rashid was very pleasant with welcoming us. Rashid worked very hard to accommodate our needs prior to check in. His customer service is excellent. I’ll give him and the hotel 5 stars.

The most satisfying hotel in this trip, the breakfast was very rich, the service staff was very warm, and the map and the travel map of Philadelphia were given when staying. I forgot to bring the power of the computer, but also help me find the right adapter. The hotel is about half an hour drive from the Old Town of Philadelphia and Ole. The location is very good and the rooms are large. I feel that there are more guests on business trips, there is a mall not far from walking around, there are many choices for eating, and the hotel is also very cheap.

Had an excellent check-in experience with Joe and Ari at the front desk, including quick and helpful provision of extra room supplies (e.g., towels and blanket). All other staff, including at breakfast and pool, were super friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Great experience!

I liked the hotel. Very clean. The beds were very confortable. However, I was informed by the front desk that breakfast would be served in the morning, but never specified that there would be a charge for it. There was constant noice in the hallway with doors opening and closing throughout the night and in the morning housekeeping was around very early and the noice entering the other rooms was a bit disturbing. The A/C / Heater was placed on the wall right below the curtains, so the air would only blow the curtains and heat was not properly distributed throughout the room. Although I love Marriott properties, I would provably not stay in this particular Courtyard next time.
