Well, we stayed here few years back for family christmas gathering and it was pleasant and we returned this year. The experience at first was standard for marriot property that I would expect from a business hotel. Lets be honest if you are staying here you should not expect luxury experience. Please keep this in mind folks! The front desk agent on christmas day, You could tell the GSA did not want to be there. But its understandable it was Christmas. Hey lady grow up, if you are not happy with job move on. Find retraining opportunities and find a job you would be more content. The plus were the breakfast was suffrice and I hope renovation is the near future cause I would love the return. The town is nice and location is good for us.

Have stayed there before and never a charge for parking. Was my go to in the area. Got hit for the charge and then was made to go back to my car (down a floor) to put a paper on the dash. I was tired after a 12 hour drive. Not a happy camper. Told if I did not put the paper on, the car would be towed.

Called staff to come help us with the janky ass fold out bed, put me on hold twice, told me they'd be there in ten minutes, called 45 mins later. Very bed service. Front desk very inefficient. Never told us wifi password, never told us about breakfast or check out time. Seriously?

Internet connection was poor. Self service laundry required downloading and using an ineffective app. Thus, we had to abandon inhouse laundry and used a closeby laundromat.

The room was clean and well laid out. It had everything I needed, but some things were in poor condition: the bathroom door hook was missing, one wooden hanger had protruding nails, and the refrigerator looked like it been the victim of a drive-by shooting. Train noise was minimal, even though I was on the track side, and fortunately it rained in the evening, so I was not bothered by noise from the basketball court right outside my window. (Had I known it was there, I definitely would have asked not to be anywhere near it.) Floors outside of the room itself were visibly dirty, even in the pool area. Breakfast was good. Overall meh.

Extremely outdated property. Refrigerator handle had fallen off, coffee maker was broken. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Gone downhill The hotel has become less user friendly since my last stay. The gym did not have sanitizers for the equipment. There was no water in the lobby.

No AC I had no air conditioning. I turned it down when we went to bed but it never cooled. I struggled to sleep. My son had to keep getting a cold towel for his head. Just very uncomfortable.
