The room is comfortable for a family of three. There are not many varieties of breakfast, oatmeal, yogurt and oat milk coffee are just right for our appetite. Our plane was in the middle of the night, so we asked the front desk what time we could check out at the latest, and it was actually 6:00 pm. It was very convenient for our schedule, and the service was very user-friendly. It is a friendly walking distance from Plymouth Meeting Mall, there is Whole Food, and I went to watch a movie at AMC next door. On the hillside, the view is wide and quiet.

Our stay at the Springhill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting was excellent. The rooms are very large, clean and well equiped, including a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The bed had lots of pillows and was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. We had a very restful and comfortable stay. The fitness center is open 24-7 and has several treadmills and other machines. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit!

We stayed at this property because it was close to family and convenient highway access. The comfort of the room, quality of the breakfast and easy Internet access all exceeded expectations. Will definitely consider this again when in the area.

This was right off the interstate - but you never heard the traffic. Convenient for easy access traveling home. Comfortable bed and room.

Convenient and affordable but very run down. The linens and bathroom were clean but the furniture was old and chipped, couches and fabrics were dirty. Mattresses small and soft. Walls and wallpaper throughout the building were dirty as well.

Mattresses were a little sunken i the middle and a some tables were dusty. The curtains had powder from the walls on them and also werent clean. The whole 5th floor where we stayed was really humid even with the air conditioning on. But on the plus side view from window was really nice

I wanted to provide a 5 Star review for this property. However, with no swimming pool or hot tub, I couldn't quite justify that rating. That being said, a very strong 4 Star rating is well deserved. It is imperative that I start with the staff. The two ladies working the front desk were exceptional! Wilsmarie and Gabby had terrific personalities and would make any guest feel welcomed. They were a joy to interact with. The room itself was large and comfortable. Parts of it were a bit dated. But, everything was very clean and was in working condition. The bed was very comfortable and offered a nice view of the TV via its swivel stand base. The breakfast was really extensive and tasty for a complimentary meal. The property itself is well lit, offers plenty of parking and is in a safe area.
