Beautiful grounds. Thankfully the heating in the room works. There are however no lifts and the way to the rooms from reception is confusing. But nice staff, and Sherelle at the restaurant who was our waitress was amazing and thoughtful and made sure my team and I were well looked after.

I recently stayed at Park Hall Hotel and Spa. Overall, it was just okay. The room was quite small, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean the bed sheets had noticeable stains. Additionally, the food options were quite limited.
There’s room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and food variety.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Booked as had a concert in Wolverhampton and this is a little gem of a place. Booked a family room which was a really good size and had outside space which was a surprise.
