This is a paradise for fishing, hiking, scalloping, and a dream come true for kayakers, with 2 single kayaks ready to launch from our ramp. Small boats with trailers are welcome to park on the property, with access to two community boat ramps and a marina just minutes away. Our stay was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to everyone. The host is very informative and accommodating. The home is so cozy and inviting and well equipped to feel like home.

Great location for fishing. Near two boat launches. Can easily launch a small kayak from the property. Nicely decorated home with plenty of room for two. Lovely sunroom with water view. Enjoyed the outdoor deck, especially in the evening. Great location for star gazing. Very peaceful location yet not too far from town.

Great place to stay, had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The stairs were a challenge for folks in their 80’s. But we pushed on and had a great week. Five Stars all day!

Great spot
This was a great property. Lovely clean house, great spot on the water with kayaks! The one queen bed was soft, but there was no other place to sleep besides a couch that didn't pull out or a really small futon. If you and the person you are going with are cool to share a bed then this place is perfect.

Perfect place to escape!
The Nest is a perfect place for some rest and relaxation! Conveniently located to everything you may need but just off the beaten path enough to feel like you’re isolated. If you’re looking to do some Crystal River activities you’re only 25 mins away. The host was super accommodating and the house itself was great! Very clean and had everything we needed! We kayaked and fished right from the yard. The enclosed sunroom was fabulous! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us escape to your little spot in paradise.

Peaceful Time
Property is very nice and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Enjoyed the outdoor living in the cooler morning hours. No real negatives to speak of.
