Stayed overnight with family at The Botanica Sanctuary, Puncak - Bogor, it was really fun! The room was quite spacious (32m²), clean, and the facilities were very complete—from luxurious amenities to small details that made it comfortable. The kids were happiest when playing in the infinity pool, the view was beautiful! But a little suggestion, hopefully in the future there can be more seating and tables around the pool so those waiting can relax while ordering food/drinks.
The service was also top-notch, from security, reception, to the waiters, all were friendly and helpful. The most memorable was Mbak Tya Gustriani—very kind, offering free art car rides and face painting for the kids. They were so happy, it was hard to get her to go home haha!
The breakfast was also delicious, the variety was quite extensive, and the staff were very quick to refill food and clear the table. Overall, I was satisfied!
Overall, a very satisfying stay experience. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for a staycation with family!

Had a very pleasant stay here. A very good hotel to unwind from the hustle bustle Jakarta.
The staff is so friendly and thoughtful.
They use sensatia botanica for amenities.
The hotel room super nice and comfy.
Please don’t skip the breakfast, it’s so delicious. So many kind of food. It’s so worth every penny.
And by the way we can use Pesona Alam facilities too.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and got a room upgrade. The pool and garden are nice. The lobby is also nice. The breakfast is all delicious. Thank you Botanica Sanctuary.

Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional.
Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery.
What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs.
Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options.
Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven.
