The facilities were quite basic, and the building looks old and overdue for renovation. The location is also hard to reach, especially without a private vehicle. This hotel definitely needs several improvements.

Check in was smooth. Nothing much of amenities except a swimming pool. Breakfast not much of varieties as most of the food were cold except the omelette section. I just do not know why they dont cover the food even after seeing flies flying around & do take note that the breakfast area is not air-conditioned. The one it surprised me was the fact that they let people swim even though it was raining heavily. Room amenities are also basic EXCEPT the liquid soap & shampoo were not replenished & the bottles were empty ! Either so many hotels nearby, this will be my 1st & last.

This hotel has spacious room with balcony, the pool is big, has a gym, breakfast was ok, also has green open space in the back of the hotel. Process check in and check out was easy, the warm water for shower need to improve since in our room 503 the water pressure was not to strong, thank you for the birthday cake really appreciate it. Overall it's a nice hotel for family
