My expectation was too high, I came on Sunday I thought it would be quiet but it turned out to be crowded. Plus I could only check in at 6 because of the Puncak route opening and closing from Jakarta. Check in was smooth, immediately looked for food around the hotel, lots of choices & a mini market was also close. After that to the room. Type Exe Panda type room whose interior is still very new so I didn't feel any shortcomings, everything was still good. There is a balcony that leads to the parking lot. In the morning, breakfast was using the Wara Wiri Car. For this car, if we want to go around, there is a fee. However, if you only take us from the room to the restaurant or lobby, it's FREE. When we arrived at the restaurant, the queue was extraordinary. But the queue was flowing. After getting a table, try to get some food. It turned out that almost all the breakfast was just B.O. The pasta was plain, croissants too, there is a mini playground near the restaurant so mom can have breakfast calmly just watching from the side. After that, swimming, there is a deposit for borrowing towels. Then for the locker key, it is paid. Borrowing towels took a long time, the mother was alone & looked exhausted. Visiting when it was raining so I didn't feel many of the facilities at the hotel. Request for Late Check Out was not granted. Just once do not want to come back again seems the price is not worth it 🙏🏻

Pengalaman petama x ch aq nginep di hotel royal safari garden ini,,kebetulan aq pilih yang panda karna yg lain udh pd habis dipesan orang2. Semua'y udh ok,mulai dr pelayanan pas masuk parkiran,lalu ke lobby ada akang2 yg pegang burung kakatua besar,anakku diajak befoto bareng kakatua,lalu kemudian menuju hotel jg pelayanan ok,koper di bawain smpe dpn kamar, kamar bersih,luas&ga bau apek,pas buka kulkas kecil disediain minuman teh pucuk **otol, disedikan air mineral 2 botol 600ml jg. Cm pas malem mau gosok gigi ternyata ga disedian pasta gigi&sikat gigi'y,lumayan kaget karna selama ini tiap liburan nginep dihotel pasti selalu tersedia sikat&pasta gigi. Tp untung'y aq bawa dr rumah,ya buat jaga2 aja. Dan menu sarapan'y ch lumayan bervariatif cm untuk rasa menurutku msh kurang ya untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4.
