Unfortunately hotel rooms were old and not clean. There is only one socket by the bedside. There was a hair on my pillow. Carpet was old and not cleaned properly. Furniture was deformed. Breakfast was ok. First time we entered the room the lights were off because the fuse was not working. There was only one coffee and tea but the room was for two.
The one good thing was the coffee for free at the entrance

27 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde, Samsun'da bulunan Hampton Hilton'da 1 gece konaklama için rezervasyon yaptım. Otele giriş yaptıktan sonra bana verilen oda 324 numaraydı. Odaya baktığımda, sigara içilen bir oda olduğunu fark ettim. Resepsiyonu aradım ve odanın değiştirilmesini istedim. Ancak, kullandığım program nedeniyle değişim yapılamayacağını söylediler. Astım hastası olduğumu ve bu odanın değiştirilmesi gerektiğini belirttiğimde, "Bir yanlışlık olmuş olabilir, değiştirelim" dediler. Ancak, ardından "Bir bakalım, var mı" gibi muğlak ifadeler kullandılar. Resepsiyona indiğimde yine aynı umursamaz tavırla karşılaştım. Otelin boş olduğunu ve oda olduğunu söylediğimde, "Biz bir yardımcı olalım, bakalım" dediler. Sonunda, dördüncü katta sigara içilmeyen bir odayı 1 dakika içinde verdiler. Gece ise klimanın çalışmadığını fark ettim. İki defa görevli çağırdım; belli saatlerde klima durdu ve odanın içi havasız kaldı.

Sinirlendiğimde ise önce "Biz değiştiremeyiz" diye sert çıkıyorlar, insanı daha da sinirlendiriyorlar. Sonra, sinirlenince "Niye sinirleniyorsunuz" deyip, şikayet olursa kendilerini kurtarmak için "Biz yardımcı oluruz" diyorlar. Zincir bir otele bu hizmet kesinlikle yakışmıyor.
