Great place to stay. Not much to do in Cinisi ,so you need a car.

El peor alojamiento de los 5 en los que hemos estado en Sicilia. Reservamos este B&B por su cercania al aeropuerto ya que nuestro vuelo salia temprano. A favor del hotel he de decir que esta limpio y la cáma era cómoda, pero nada más, el resto un horror. Reservamos 2 noches, intenté cambiar con antelación a solo uno y nos rechazaros el cambio sin dar opción. El desayuno horroroso, no había absolutamente nada salado para desayunar, sólo bolleria industrial, zumos de tetrabric de mala calidad y fruta (insulsa, mira que es dificil con lo buena que es la fruta en Sicilia!!!). Al llegar nos habían indicado que el desayuno era de 8 a 10 y cuando les habíamos dicho que nuestro vuelo salía temprano no nos ofrecieron preparar un pack para llevar (luedo cuando vimos que todo era industrial y embasado aún entendí menos que nos nos ofrecieran la opción de picnic). La única información que nos ofrecieron fue donde cenar (una pizzeria cercana). La verdad es que la pizzeria era económica, pero también bastante mala, lo curioso es que los camareros llevaban en la camiseta el nombre del b&b. Para gustos estan los colores, nosotros cuando reservamos encontramos la estética muy kitch y seleccionamos la habitación que nos pareció menos rococó, la habitación que nos asignaron no era la que seleccionamos. Se puede aparcar gratis en la calle en los alrededores pero ver un montón de coches con el antirrobo no tranquiliza. El pueblo (al menos la zona en la que se encuentra el b&b) es bastante deprimente, sin lugares cercanos atractivos para cenar o tomar algo, su único punto fuerte es la distancia al aeropuerto. No lo recomendaria, por ese mismo precio hemos estado por ejemplo en un b&b estupendo, en una zona muy turística mucho mejor con piscina y parking.

I highly recommend this property, convenient for those who want to visit the areas near Palermo as it is close to the airport and motorway, the rooms are very nice, the structure fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful, and then there is the owner who is really kind, he put us into comfortable and recommended places to visit and where to dine, all top notch. Very central accommodation and still quiet. Cinisi is a very interesting little town, it is easy to explore on foot from TAM B&B. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and there is a very nice terrace. What was really great and priceless is the host who really does everything to make his guests feel comfortable, from airport transfers to valuable travel tips. An address away from mass tourism to rediscover the Sicilian warmth! Highly recommended

We arrived at 12:30pm for check in. The front door was locked and there were no instructions on how to access the lobby. We rang the bell and knocked for about 10 minutes. No one came. We waited on the narrow street with our luggage until another guest walked out and opened the door for us. We walked into the empty lobby and looked at an empty welcome desk. We finally found a business card on the desk. We called the numbers. The first was disconnected. The 2nd was answered by a gentleman who shared he'd be over shortly. 15 minutes later, he arrived and asked us to pay before entering our rooms (They charged an extra 10 euro above what our initial reservation was for 'fees.') We booked two rooms for adults and kids. The room in the main bulding was spectacular. Exactly like the website pictures and what we expected. The other room was actually an adjacent facility and was nothing like the pictures. The AC downstairs did not work making the rooms unusable. We called and told it'd be fixed. It was not. The beds in the master were a twin and a child's princess bed (see pic). There was debris, ants, broken glass, random nails, broken shower spigot, trash in the appliances. The shower had very little water pressure. The front door had to be wrestled open There was a bag of used shoes in the master bedroom. The kids room had no AC. When we asked about other options, we were told this was all they had. We had sent messages via website and called ahead of time to arrange a shuttle. When we arrived, we were told that they'd have to take us in two trips or get another car. They also requested to be paid 80 euros in cash separate from the hotel bill. During our stay, we did not see anyone working the lobby. We had to call multiple numbers to find someone to help. These and various other negative elements made us feel unwelcomed. Moreover, we felt deceived as the pictures on the website only showed the beautiful rooms, not the room we were given (see attached pictures.)

Very welcoming B&B, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed/pillow, tastefully designed rooms. Mediterranean breakfast, excellent coffee! I will return to visit this area more calmly. Advised

Abbiamo soggiornato da Tam una sola notte all'inizio della nostra vacanza in Sicilia in quanto avrei voluto visitare Casa Impastato. Bella struttura, abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito per cui ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera e bagno spaziosi, ottima colazione, parcheggio in strada proprio davanti al b&b. Bella anche la terrazza. Da provare!
