we want to change our trip so we wanna ask whether we can cancel our booking and return my money. but hoster's attitude is very rude, he hung up the phone directly without responding to our request upon learning that we couldn't make it.If a refund is not possible, just say directly.Hanging up the phone directly is too impolite.

Great place to stay. Not much to do in Cinisi ,so you need a car.
